The Overview page is the main status page for your service. It shows whether the service is active, how much traffic has been used, what limits apply, and how to access your subscription URL.
For most customers, this is the first page to check when verifying that the service is ready to use or when troubleshooting usage and access issues.
1. What You Can See on the Overview Page
The overview page combines the most important service information in one place.
- Current service status
- Current assigned region, if region-aware placement is enabled
- Total used, upload, and download traffic
- Remaining traffic, when applicable
- Your Subscribe URL
- Configured limits such as speed, device limit, and connection rate
- A separate Traffic usage card with progress and today's usage
2. Service Status and Basic Limits
At the top of the overview, you can confirm whether your service is active and what core limits currently apply.
- Status: Shows whether the service is active and usable.
- Speed limit: The maximum throughput configured for the service, if one is set.
- Device limit: The IP-based device limit for the service, if one is set.
- Conn Rate: The maximum handshake request rate allowed for the service.
- Transfer: Shows your traffic model, such as fixed quota, unlimited traffic, or metered billing.
3. Traffic Usage and Today's Usage
The overview page includes both cumulative usage and a separate traffic summary card.
- Used: Total traffic already consumed by the service.
- Remaining: How much traffic is left, when your plan uses a fixed cap.
- Usage percentage: A progress indicator showing how much of the quota has been used.
- Today's usage: Download, upload, and total traffic recorded for the current day.
- Traffic reset: Shows when usage resets, if your service follows a reset schedule.
The detailed historical charts and tables are available from the separate Traffic log page.
4. How the Subscribe URL Works
Your subscription URL is the main link used by supported proxy clients to import server configurations.
- Open your Product Details Page.
- Locate the Subscribe URL row on the overview page.
- Click View subscribe URL.
- Copy the link from the modal window, or scan the QR code if your client supports it.
- Import the link into your supported proxy client and refresh the subscription when needed.
5. Metered vs Fixed-Quota Services
The overview page may look slightly different depending on your service billing model.
- Fixed quota: You will typically see used traffic, remaining traffic, total transfer allowance, and a usage progress bar.
- Unlimited traffic: You may see unlimited transfer instead of a remaining quota value.
- Metered billing: The page shows that billing is based on actual consumption and may include a current billing summary with hourly updates.
If your service is metered, the overview page may also link you to the Billing tab for real-time usage-based charges.
6. Overage and Warning Messages
The overview page can also display service warnings that need your attention.
- Traffic quota exceeded: Your service may be throttled or suspended depending on policy.
- Subscription access warning: If IP allowlisting is enabled but not configured correctly, the page may warn that nodes cannot access the subscription.
- Provisioning message: If the service is still being prepared, the subscribe URL may not be available yet.
7. When to Use Other Pages
The overview page is the starting point, but some tasks are handled elsewhere:
- Use Nodes to review assigned nodes and copy node-specific links.
- Use Traffic log to inspect hourly and daily history.
- Use Subscribe logs to audit requests to your subscription URL.
- Use Access Control to configure IP allowlisting or rotate credentials.
- Use Region Migration if you need to move the service to another region.
8. Important Notes and Limitations
- The subscribe URL may be temporarily unavailable while the service is still being provisioned.
- Some displayed values depend on the service type, such as fixed quota, unlimited traffic, or metered billing.
- If credentials are reset later, previously imported subscription links will stop working.
- Usage shown on the overview page is a summary. Use the dedicated traffic log page for detailed history.
- If your service is region-aware, the current region shown on the overview page may link directly to the region migration page.
Recommended Workflow
- Start on the overview page whenever you need to confirm service health, usage, or credentials.
- Use the subscribe URL modal to copy the current link only when needed.
- Check the traffic usage card regularly if your service has a fixed quota.
- If you see a warning banner, resolve it before troubleshooting clients in other places.
- Move to the dedicated logs or access-control pages when you need deeper diagnostics or policy changes.
